Stand with knees slightly bent, or lift your leg onto an elevated surface with your feet flat (as if you are about to tie your shoes).
Wrap the tape measure around your leg, about 4 inches (10cm) above your kneecap and note the total length. This is your "Upper Width".
Then do the same about 4 inches below your kneecap. This is your "Down Width".
Using these two measures, pick the nearest size on the chart above.
ALTERNATE METHOD: If you don't have a tape measure, or want a quick way to determine your size, simply choose the size that corresponds to your weight range. (Male and female sizing is identical)
