Who We Are

After speaking with a top U.S. military intelligence officer in late 2017, we learned of some of the elite fitness programs that he and others have been using with the U.S. Marines, Navy, Air Force and Army for decades now.

We were floored. The strategies were something we had never even heard of despite being in the fitness industry for 7 years at the time. And the training tools they shared were similar to ours, but very different in some very unique and powerful ways.

So we created the PentagonFit Institute, with a mission to bring these elite military-style products to the general public, so you too can get fit like millions of our soldiers worldwide.

From our humble beginnings as a small, startup, the PentagonFit Institute now serves over 20,000 men and women, in over 20 countries. We’re excited to continue the trend and keep disrupting the health and fitness industry with products that help you get in shape just like our Nation’s Finest.
